Finance.

Business finance should support the way a company actually operates. The right route depends on cashflow, trading history, assets, invoices, growth plans, repayment capacity and how clearly the requirement is presented.

Finanze Property helps business owners and directors understand funding options, prepare the right information and approach suitable lenders with a stronger, clearer case.

Business finance brokerage

What we arrange

Funding routes shaped around cashflow, assets and ambition.

Business Loans

Funding for established businesses that need capital for growth, investment, working capital, refurbishment, expansion or strategic opportunities.

Working Capital Finance

Support for businesses that need to manage timing gaps, seasonal pressure, supplier commitments, payroll, stock or short-term cashflow needs.

Asset Finance

Finance for vehicles, equipment, machinery, technology or operational assets where the asset itself forms part of the funding conversation.

Invoice Finance

Facilities designed to unlock cash tied up in unpaid invoices, helping businesses improve liquidity and smooth the gap between invoicing and payment.

Trade Finance

Funding support for businesses buying, importing or supplying goods, where stock, orders, shipping, supplier terms and payment timing all matter.

Merchant Cash Advance

Funding linked to card turnover, helping suitable businesses access capital with repayments shaped around card sales performance.

Additional routes

Business funding is strongest when the route fits the purpose.

VAT & Tax Funding

Support for businesses managing tax liabilities where timing, cashflow and repayment profile need to be structured clearly.

Stock Finance

Funding routes for stock purchases, inventory cycles or supplier commitments where stock movement and sale timing are key.

Growth Capital

Funding conversations for businesses investing in premises, people, marketing, contracts, systems or expansion plans.

Refinance & Consolidation

Support for businesses reviewing existing facilities, lender exposure or repayment structures to create a clearer funding position.

Structured thinking

A stronger business finance case starts with the numbers.

Lenders need to understand more than the amount requested. They need to see how the business trades, why funding is needed, what supports repayment and whether the route matches the company’s wider position.

Our role is to help turn the requirement into a clear funding story, supported by relevant information and positioned with appropriate funders.

Trading
Turnover, history, sector and trading profile.
Purpose
Growth, cashflow, asset, invoice or trade need.
Repayment
Cashflow, revenue, invoices, assets or contract income.
Evidence
Accounts, bank statements and supporting context.
